Acoustic Curtain Needed

Dear Sir,

I would like to purchase some acoustic curtain for use in a domestic setting. I was hoping someone would be able to call to discuss this with me at some point. I am looking to create a thick domestic curtain that reduces road noise and am prepared to adapt a small quantity of commercial product if you felt you could help.

Thank you for your enquiry. Thick fabrics will help reduce noise but to be really effective, they will have to have our SoundBlocker Membrane sewn into them and this can only be done with an industrial sewing machine. The resulting curtain will be quite heavy so good suspension will be required. If this is of interest, a roll of SoundBlocker Membrane is 12m x 1.25m so you may have some left over. The weight per square metre of the membrane is 2kg. Current prices are on our web site www.soundservice.co.uk but we will be pleased to quote you to supply and deliver if this product is of interest.
