Acoustic Mineral Wool - Easy to cut?
The width of the Acoustic Mineral Wool is 600mm, whereas the gaps between my joists are about half that (280-320mm). Loft insulation usually comes semi-perforated to make splitting it easy - is your product like that or otherwise is it easy to cut cleanly without it disintegrating?

You can cut it with a kitchen knife in the same way you would cut Rockwool type slabs. It should then be fiited snug between the joists.
