Can I install your Acoustic Mineral Wool and Soundblocker Quilt under the floorboards without lifting the whole floor?

I'm considering using your Soundblocker quilt alongside Acoustic Mineral Wool between my floor joists to block airborne sound from below.

To minimise damage to my timber floor I plan to raise only the floorboards necessary to stuff the materials below.

Using this technique should I be able to effectively lay the quilt on top of the mineral wool? But if there are areas my carpenter is unable to attach the quilt to the floor joists, will it make the quilt useless?
