Chimney breast how do I deal with an exisiting vent
I'd like to soundproof a wall with a chimney breast. There is currently a vent in it. If I go for the independent wall solution, what's the best way of dealing with the vent.

In terms of the vent, we do sell acoustic vents http://www.keepitquiet.co.uk/acoustic... but anywhere air will get in, sound will leak out so although these will take the edge of it they cannot reduce the sound as well as a complete wall without gaps.Comment -
