Does the Acoustic Soundblocker Quilt have to be stapled to the floor joists?
hi,
Do you have to batten the accoustic quilt or staple the quilt to floor joists ? Can it not just be laid down. If not what other product could just be laid down ? Dont want to lift all the floorboards, with the job i have in mind.

Inappropriate?SoundBlocker Acoustic Quilt is designed to be fitted between the joists so lifting the floorboards is essential. The product is secured to the sides of the joists with either battens or staples.
