Even loud people need confidentiality!!

How can I soundproof an office space with a floating ceiling, a glass wall and a sliding wall?

If the dividing walls finish at the suspended ceiling level then it is most likely that most of the noise will be transmitted through the ceiling and over the walls into adjacent rooms. The best way to reduce this noise nuisance is to overlay the ceiling tiles with our NoiseStopper Pads and these are a non-flammable sound absorbing mineral wool encapsulated within a non-flammable aluminised skin and incorporating a sound barrier layer sandwiched between within. More info on these can be viewed on our web site by clcicking on the following link

With regard to the walls themselves, because they are lightweight and see-through, it may not be possible to upgrade the sound insulation of these so I the other thing you can do is to replace the suspended ceiling tiles with sound absorbing tiles (assuming they are not already sound absorbing). Sound absorbing pictures on walls will also help and you may wish to consider using our Photosorption for this. Basically, as much sound absorption as possible will give you the most benefit.
