Hallway Wall Soundproofing Help Needed

We are about to move into a Semi –detached Victorian house where the corridor, staircase, hallway kitchen and two bedrooms are attached to the neighbours. Space on the staircase, and hallway is very limited – thought! Our dog can at times be noisy (barking) and we would like to avoid any conflict with the attached neighbours due to noise disturbance.

What product could you recommend in order for us not to disturb the neighbours?

Please advise with your comments and can you recomend a builder who is licenced to install your products.
