I am interested in your "Anti Vibration 20mm Pad" to fit under my washing machine which currently vibrates heavily on a spin cycle.
How would you recommend I fix the pad to the floor - this is chipboard over joists?
Would a solution be to place a thin piece of plywood on top of the anti vibration pad and screw through to the existing floor or is adhesive recommended?
Alternatively can you just sit the machine on top of a piece of wood that is on top of the rubber Anti vibration pad with no fixings used?
I look forward to your reply.

It is not necessary to glue the mat to the floor but you may wish to glue the supporting panel for the feet of the appliance to the top of the mat. Under no circumstances should the mat be mechanically fixed to the floor.
