Dear Tech Support,
I wonder if you can help answer this question.
I live in a Victorian house and have recently installed a shower pump in the bathroom.
The neighbours below have advised that they are affected by the noise.
The pump is currently sitting on the floor under the bath sitting on some a folded over bath mat.
The flooring is linoleum on top of the wooden flooring which is over old laven plaster.
We're not really in a position financially to take up the flooring and insulate so I was wondering what sort of effect buying your acoustic enclosure kit would have on the pumps noise transfer.
Many thanks for your time.

If you can soundproof the pump according to the article on our web page (http://www.soundservice.co.uk/pump_no...) with one of our Acoustic Enclosure Kits it will reduce the noise being transmitted from the pump. However, I think your neighbours will still hear it, particularly at noight if it is used when they are in bed but the noise may well be reduced enough to be acceptable. -
