My flat is in the basement so my ceilings are quite low. I can hear my neighbours all the time walking around,TV etc. I can put up with it in the lounge but the bedroom is terrible, I have to wear earplug to sleep at night. It is getting to the point, I am thinking of moving.
Is there anything I can do to my bedroom ceiling to reduce the noise. My neighbours would not let any work be done in their flat!

You can soundproof your ceiling using our Thin Ceiling System or our Studio Ceiling System
As you suffer from the sound of people walking around we would suggest our Studio Ceiling system as the prefered method.
We can currently install this in the London area and some areas in the south. Please call us on 0845 363 7131 to discuss how we can help you further.
If you are still unsure about what you are doing or feel you need some more technical advice I suggest you email our technical team tech@soundservice.co.uk or you can call them on 0845 363 7131 (Option 2) from our main menu.
