I need some sleep...

I've got a very 'heavy footed' couple in the flat above mine. they are keeping me awake for half the night. Is there something I can put on my ceiling to help cut out the sound? I need some sleep!!

Hi there,

In order to reduce impact sound on a floor you really need to put something soft under foot. If this is not an option then you will need to build an isolated ceiling which will help absorb the physical sound transmitted through the floor.
