Music Studio "low bottom end noise" problem

Hi..I run a professional recording studios in Wiltshire. It has been sound proofed to a fairly high standard, but still getting problems with "low bottom end" noise finding its way into a neighbouring business premises.I am looking for the right product & advice to cancel this noise out .Does your compnay have anyone who perhaps could make a studio visit to advise me on the proper product/s to buy to help with this ongoing problem.
