need to reduce night low frequency bass from indirect neighbours in my area. Vibrations through my house/floors/ceilings.Bedroom needs to be soundproofed. Cheap as possible on a budget

Hi,

Bass noise especially at night is almost impossible to treat as bass is omnidirectional it is hard to know where it is coming from. It also makes the wall and floor vibrate. I am afraid there is no cheap quick fix for this problem.
