noise from waste pipe
We have a bathroom above our living room and need not only to insulate for noise coming from above but also the down waste pipe which runs down the side of the living room wall in a boxed in area and from which you can hear all the waste water running through whenever the basin, bath or toilet is used. We do not want to have to do a lot of internal reconstruction downstairs if possible.

With regards to the waste pipe in the box you will need to wrap our Soundblocker Quilt http://www.keepitquiet.co.uk/acoustic... around the pipe at least once and maybe secure it with our wire netting http://www.keepitquiet.co.uk/chicken-...
There may be other options for the downpipe so I would suggest you call our technical team to discuss on 0845 363 7131
