Soundproof a party wall with exposed radiator pipes

I want to go for the studio wall soundproofing system but have exposed radiator pipes running the length of the wall along the bottom. What is the best solution to deal with these?

The pipes will have to be removed prior to installing the Studio Wall Sound Insulating System then reinstated afterwards by a plumber or heating engineer. Necessary fixings for the fittings should include screw in rawlplugs suitable for plasterboard.
