Soundproof my ceiling!

Hi, I live in a flat (Barratt Home built circa 2001) and dont suffer with TV/music noise but people stomping around on my head! Whats the best solution please?

You will either need toi treat their floor (normally not an option) or treat your ceiling by building a suspended ceiling.

Sadly that will not work as the noise is impact noise. There are no systems on the market that WORK that are injected.
