Soundproofing cupboard including door - boiler and power shower
Considering putting a power shower unit in the cupboard in the corner of my bedroom which has my boiler in it. the cupboard is brick on 3 sides with the front being a standard sized door (period and light weight) and a latt and plaster panel with a small vent. Currently the boiler coming on is disturbing and not ideal. Is it possible to sound proof the cupboard wihtout damaging the door if that is not possible to sound proof the power shower unit. Inevitably I would prefer solutions to did not take too much space, cost a fortune or damage the door or power unit.

The shower pump itself sghould be totally isolated from the walls and floor using our Anti-Vibration mat combined with a concrete patio type slab. Click the following link for more info on how to soundproof a pump
