Vampire neighbours up all night
My downstairs neighbours sleep all day and are up all night. I live in a purpose built flat with concrete floors and can hear everything they say and do all night. I havent slept in weeks since I bought the flat. What material can I use on the concrete floor (under the carpet) to stop the noise coming through?
