Which product to insulate and soundproof?

I need tosound proof my summerhouse as it's my home office and I can hear the birds tweeting all the time :( I have a cavity of about 3" for the walls and I was wondering whether there was something with good insulation properties as well as good sound proofing ones I could use as the office gets cold in the winter? Any help most appreciated. Graham.

    Sorry for the delay in responding. Our technical office was closed yesterday.

    Our 75mm (3 inch) AMW75 will be the best sound absorption to use within the cavity and also has thermal insulation properties so should help keep you warm in the winter.

    After installation, screw our 15mm thick Resilient Bars across the inside frame at 600mm centres up the walls then screw a double layer of 12.5mm high density Acoustic Plasterboard to the bars with our 2mm SBM5 Soundproofing Mat sandwiched between the boards.
